FUSSHAUS

Custom software, built in Adelaide for how you actually work.

When off-the-shelf tools will not bend to how your business runs, we build the system that does. A fixed price before we start, hosted in Australia, supported after launch, and yours to keep.

Three people in Adelaide. No account managers, no offshore handoffs.

What you get

  • A fixed price and timeline, agreed before any work starts
  • Software shaped to your workflow, not the other way round
  • Hosted on Australian infrastructure
  • You own it, and we hand it over when you are ready
At a glance
  • Fixed price, never hourly
  • Adelaide based
  • Data stays in Australia
  • You own what we build

Signs you have outgrown off-the-shelf software.

Custom is not always the answer. It usually is when a few of these sound familiar.

01

Your team keeps a spreadsheet next to the system, because the system cannot do the job on its own.

02

You pay for several subscriptions and still copy data between them by hand.

03

The software decides how you work, instead of the other way round.

04

Your process is what sets you apart, and nothing on the market handles it.

05

Reporting means exporting, pasting and fixing formulas every month.

06

A tool you rely on is being shut down, repriced or left to go stale.

What we build

Internal tools and dashboards

One screen for the numbers and jobs your team checks every day, pulling from the systems you already have.

Custom CRMs and job systems

Records, pipelines and workflows shaped to how you sell and deliver, not to a generic template.

Client and member portals

A place for customers to log in, book, pay or check where things are up to, without emailing you.

Reporting that builds itself

Reports that pull their own data and arrive ready to check, instead of a day of copy and paste.

Websites with a working back end

Sites that do more than sit there: enquiries that route themselves, bookings that land, data that ends up where it should.

Replacing a tool you have outgrown

Moving off a system that no longer fits, with the data you already have brought across.

How it works

01

A conversation

Tell us where the time goes. We will say plainly whether there is something worth building, and if an off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we will tell you that too.

02

Scope and a fixed price

We map the work and agree a fixed price and timeline before anything starts. Never hourly, no meter running in the background.

03

Build

You talk to the people writing the code, not an account manager. No offshore handoffs, nobody to pass the blame to.

04

Host, support, hand over

We host it on Australian infrastructure and support it after launch. When you are ready, we hand it over.

Better numbers, a faster day, and nobody replaced.

Data that used to sit in inboxes and spreadsheets now comes together in one place. The team works from better numbers, gets more done in a day and spends less doing it. AI is built into the daily work, and it has not cost anyone their job.

When to build, and when to buy.

Buy off the shelf when

  • Your process is standard and an existing tool fits it
  • The subscription costs less than the problem does
  • You need something running next week

Build custom when

  • Workarounds cost more staff time than the software would
  • Your process is the thing that sets you apart
  • You want your data in Australia and under your control
  • You would rather own the system than rent it

Often the answer is both: keep the tools that work and connect them.

Common questions

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on what it needs to do, so every job is quoted. You get a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. Never hourly, no meter running in the background.

How long does it take to build custom software?

It depends on scope. A focused internal tool is quicker than a full system with a client portal. You get a fixed timeline along with the price, before anything starts.

Should we build custom software or use an off-the-shelf tool?

If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, use it, and we will tell you so. Custom makes sense when the workarounds cost more than the software would, or when your process is what sets you apart.

Who owns the software?

You do. We host and support it for as long as you want us to, and when you are ready, we hand it over.

Where is the software hosted, and where does our data live?

On Australian infrastructure, built to the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where a build uses AI, we run it on de-identified data wherever possible and tell you plainly about anything processed overseas.

Can it work with the systems we already use?

Yes. Most custom builds connect to something you already have, such as your inbox, CRM or accounting system. If connecting your tools is the whole job, that is business automation, and it is usually a smaller project.

Do you work with businesses outside Adelaide?

Yes. We are based in Adelaide and work with businesses across Australia.
